Return policy

General
If you are not completely satisfied with your DDincs cufflinks, you may return them in its original and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. Please click this link: http://www.ddincs.com/customer-service/request-for-return/ (or “to receive an email with instructions and a return form and address label attached”) and follow the instructions. After receiving your returned cufflinks we will refund the invoiced amount to the original payment method, within 30 days after delivery.

How to send us your return
Please completely fill in the return form. The cufflinks have to be in its original and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. Please pack the return form, cufflinks, case, tags and labels in the original box.

Please attach the address label, clearly visible on the outside of the box, and use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us.

DDincs can not be held responsible for any problems that occur during shipment of the returned cufflinks. DDincs will not refund costs of returning.
We may refuse and return items if they appear to have been worn or are damaged.

Once DDincs has processed the returns and all of the conditions for returning have been fulfilled, we will refund the invoiced amount to your account or credit card within 30 days after delivery.
